Ukraine will receive more Western tanks to help defend itself against Russia. Germany, the Netherlands and Denmark will supply Ukraine with at least 100 old-generation Leopard 1 tanks. Germany produces the majority of modern heavy tanks in Europe German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius said that between 20 and 25 of the tanks would arrive by summer about 80 by the end of the year and another 100 next year.
