Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has claimed Russia "didn't invade Ukraine" in an exclusive interview with the BBC’s Russia Editor Steve Rosenberg. In this extended clip, Mr Lavrov said Russia had instead "declared a special military operation" in Ukraine. While the foreign minister admitted that Russia is "not squeaky clean", he insisted "we are not ashamed of showing who we are".
